These terms apply when you use rintis.ai or order a website from us. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Rintis.ai reads the public details of a business's Google Maps profile and turns them into a website concept. Creating and viewing a concept does not commit you to buy anything. Paid work, such as building and publishing the website or registering a domain, is agreed with you separately and billed by invoice.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Your business and its data
Only create concepts for a business you own or manage, or for which you have the owner's permission. You keep all rights to your business information. You allow us to use it, including the photos and details on its Google Maps profile, to make your concept and website.
Photos and reviews on Google Maps belong to the people who posted them. Before your website goes live, make sure you have the right to publish the photos and reviews you keep on it. We will replace anything you ask us to.
Text written by AI
Concept text is written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. Check names, prices, opening hours and other facts before your website goes live. Concepts are drafts, not promises about your business.
Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed with you before work starts and are shown on your invoice. Please pay by the due date on the invoice. Refunds, if any, follow what is written on the invoice or agreed with you in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rintis.ai to:
- create a website for an illegal business or activity;
- pretend to be a business or person you do not represent;
- publish false, misleading or hateful content;
- overload, attack or copy the service, or collect data from it automatically.
We may remove concepts or close accounts that break these rules.
Ownership
The Rintis.ai platform, its design and its templates belong to us. Once an invoice is paid, you may use the finished website for your business. Your own content, such as your business name, logo and photos, stays yours.
Availability and ending the service
We work to keep rintis.ai available but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rintis.ai is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data, from using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that does not work, the dispute will be settled by the courts of Indonesia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
